Welcome to Gens Essentials. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General

These Terms of Service apply to all users of the Gens Essentials website and customers who purchase our products. By using our site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be perfectly accurate.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order will be honoured.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Gens Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To be eligible for a return or refund due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, customers are required to record a clear unboxing video at the time of opening the parcel. This video must show:

The sealed parcel before opening
The full unboxing process without any cuts or pauses
The condition of the product and packaging upon opening

Failure to provide an unboxing video will automatically disqualify the claim. Gens Essentials will not be held responsible for any damaged, incorrect, or missing item claims made without a valid unboxing video. No exceptions will be made to this policy.

To initiate a return or refund, please send your unboxing video along with your order number to gensessentialspk@gmail.com or via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order with Gens Essentials, the customer agrees to comply with all policies outlined on this page, including but not limited to the unboxing video requirement, return eligibility conditions, and contact timelines. Gens Essentials will not be held liable for any loss, inconvenience, or dissatisfaction arising from the customer's failure to follow these instructions. It is the customer's responsibility to read and understand these terms before making a purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Gens Essentials and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gens Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from failure to follow product usage instructions, return procedures, or any other guidelines provided on our website or packaging.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
