By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Gens Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.

6. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on opened or used products unless they are defective or damaged. Please refer to our Returns Policy or contact us for assistance.
